Once the customer makes a reservation through the Internet, you will receive confirmation or denial of the request in the e-mail address you provide.
Vehicle delivery will be made in any of our offices, airports and tourist spots.
The customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of gasoline with which it was delivered.
The driver must be 20 years or older and be in possession of license for use of the vehicle, with a minimum of 2 years old.
Payment will be made by credit card in our offices at the time of the withdrawal of the vehicle.

Insurance does not cover the following cases:
Damage to wheels, tires and underbody. Punctures if they are covered.
Damage to the vehicle.

Claims related to reckless driving influence of alcohol or other drugs.
Off-road driving.
Cars can not leave the island that are rented without prior permission from Autos Tirma Canarias S.L.
Baby seats and booster seats are available for free on bookings made through the Internet. Roof racks for luggage transportation cost 4 € / day. It does not include strings, only the bars.
